‘Meditation Monday’ with Soul Sisters
What better way to start the week than with an hour of peace and grace. Join SOUL Sisters at Healthy Alternatives in Belchertown, Mass., the first and third Monday of each month at 6 p.m. The Sisters will walk you through guided meditation, deliver healing energy, and offer Spiritual guidance – leaving your body, mind and soul joyful and looking forward to the week ahead.

There is no charge to attend, however good-will offerings are accepted. A percentage donated to various charities.

Each stone can be a protecting and guiding force in life. A stone can assist you in focusing your intent, dispelling confusion, changing habits, retrieving records from long ago or getting grounded. Allow these teachers to become your Allies and discover a new world. Listen to the whispers of the mineral kingdom and your heart will know.

Tim Harris of Shaman's Dream (shamansdream.net) returns for Private Individual consultation appointments.

Tim, 10th generation Apache Native American, will sit with you for 15 minutes and answer, discuss and "prescribe" stones to achieve what you want in life. Tim's knowledge of stones has been handed down for 10 generations and is quite extensive. He will share his wisdom and knowledge with you for 15 minutes in a private session.
